Start with the essentials

  1. Configure your business and create a warehouse.
  2. Add your products and record incoming stock.
  3. Add a client, then share their ordering link or create an order for them.

Find the right guide

Use the sidebar to browse a workflow, or search by the task you want to complete. You can switch between English and Español without losing your place.

For a complete configuration example, follow coffee and franchise supplies, branches supplied by different warehouses, or selected products with negotiated prices.

These guides are for providers and their teammates. The menus and actions you see depend on your team's access. Screenshots show the real application with a fictional distributor, clients, and products. Some examples include the client's ordering view so providers can verify their configuration. The app's current English control labels are preserved in both editions.

When something needs attention

A product that cannot be ordered may need a catalog, warehouse, stock, or client setting changed. Follow troubleshooting to check those controls in order.
